Please respect your neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum in the common areas, in the hallways, and from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am. Late-night noise will not be tolerated.
Please note smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the balconies, the rooftop terrace and the garden courtyard. A minimum fee of $250 CAD will be applied if any evidence of smoking is discovered, such as cigarette odour, ashes, or cigarette butts in the trash cans.
Failure to respect these rules may result in the loss of your security deposit or eviction. We kindly ask that any damage discovered upon arrival be brought to the attention of the hospitality team.
