- Groups who require short-term rental apartments periodically throughout the year but are only sure of the dates on short notice.
- Groups who require short-term rentals on an ongoing basis but may, at times, require the booking of an apartment rental for just one night.
- Groups who host event in Montreal for employees or clients and wish to guarantee the availability of a certain number of rental apartments.
